Monolithos is a family-owned unique boutique winery, committed
to combining traditional techniques with the quality control benefits of modern technology. The family have owned vineyards in and
around the village of Pachna for many generations. However, their story as a winery began in 1999, and they have been making outstanding award-winning wines from local and international grape varieties ever since.
The winery is adequately equipped with modern machinery, stainless steel fermentation tanks, oak barrels and temperature controlled equipment for the production of their wines from hand picked grapes coming from their own as well as specially selected vineyards. Their target is to make wines truly worthy of the local tradition and of consistent quality at a reasonable price.
The magnificent site of their winery is surrounded by wonderful vineyards and offers a commanding view from its tasting room towards Troodos. Nestled among graceful mountain slopes, Monolithos boutique winery provides a picturesque, natural setting for outdoor gatherings, visits and functions for both business and family
